Each entry links straight to the manufacturer, so you can read their own specifications rather than our summary of them. Prices are in US dollars from the maker's own store, except where marked as a UK storefront reading — several of these companies price by region rather than by conversion, so those are shown as found rather than converted into a figure nobody is actually charged.
Two things worth knowing before you shop
Frequency figures are not comparable between devices. A neck device quoting 4,500 Hz and an ear device quoting 25 Hz are describing different things — the first is a carrier frequency delivered in bursts, the second is the burst rate itself. Compare within a group, not across groups.
Research on tVNS is not the same as research on a device. Most published studies used one of the research units in the last section, not the consumer product citing them. That does not make the science irrelevant, but "backed by studies" and "tested in studies" are different claims.
Not included: Sensate and Apollo Neuro are often shopped alongside these but deliver vibration rather than electrical stimulation, so they cannot be compared on anything here.
